INSTRUCTORS

Don has had nearly 20 years of experience within the health and wellness industry. He began his career in multiple-unit positions as fitness supervisor but quickly moved into a district manager position overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing and operations for 10 clubs in the San Francisco Bay area. Later, in Arizona, promoted into the role of area manager, he grew a previously undeveloped market into seven, thriving, new, health clubs. Don orchestrated the enormous growth of the Arizona market and consistently outperformed nationwide in J.D. Power's Customer Satisfaction and Relation scores, exceeding all financial expectations.

He then moved on to become the senior vice president at
Bally Total Fitness where he oversaw all operations for it's forty-one clubs, again, consistently outperforming in the Eastern territory. This continued success and experience within the health and fitness industry naturally lead him to

his current role as founder of InMotion Wellness.
